A clean loading bar that fills with a “Loading…” label — for fake-buffering jokes, app demos and stream “starting soon” screens. Switch to a ring, dots or a YouTube-style buffer in one click.

Loading Overlay, made with the preset on this page.

How to make a loading overlay

  1. Open the generator. Open the Loading spinner generator on Dropmotion. It starts playing right away in your browser — no install, no account.
  2. Make it yours. Change “Style” and “Text”, then pick a colour scheme, a background (transparent, green screen or a colour) and a size: 16:9, 9:16 Shorts, 1:1 or a 1920×540 strip.
  3. Export. Click “Export free · 240p” for a watermarked version, or “Export HD” for 1080p with no watermark — transparent WebM in Chrome or Edge, green screen everywhere. Then drop it over your video in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Loading spinner generator FAQ

How do I make a loading overlay for free?

Open the Loading spinner generator on Dropmotion, change the text, pick a colour scheme and click “Export free · 240p” — it renders in your browser with no install and no account. For 1080p with no watermark and a transparent background, export HD ($3 for 10 exports).

Is the Loading spinner generator free?

Yes. Every Dropmotion generator is free with no account: unlimited 240p exports with a small dropmotion.io watermark, plus PNG stills. HD (1080p, no watermark, transparent alpha) is $3 for 10 exports, or $9 a month / $49 a year for unlimited HD and 4K.

Can I export the Loading spinner animation with a transparent background?

Yes, with HD: pick “Transparent (alpha)” and “Export HD” for WebM with an alpha channel in Chrome or Edge. Free 240p exports have no alpha, so pick “Green screen”, which keys out in any editor. PNG still frames keep the transparent background.

What sizes can the Loading spinner animation be exported in?

1920×1080 (16:9), 1080×1920 for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Reels, 1080×1080 square and a 1920×540 strip. 4K (3840×2160) comes with Unlimited.

Can I use it in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or OBS?

Yes. Put the export on a track above your footage in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. For live streams, the “OBS live link” button turns it into a transparent OBS or Streamlabs browser source — no video file to render.

Are my uploads private?

Yes. The Loading spinner animation renders in your browser, so the text, logos and photos you add never leave your device.

Can I type in Urdu, Arabic, Hindi or Bengali?

Yes. Type in your own script and the text switches to Noto Nastaliq Urdu, Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Sans Devanagari or Noto Sans Bengali, with right-to-left layout for Urdu and Arabic.
